Sustainability is on our minds, always and in everything we do. For us, sustainability is a continuous effort of improving our designs and the production process behind them.

It begins with making a product that is meant to last for years – using high-quality materials and creating designs that are versatile and adaptable to different styles and occasions, and certainly beyond seasonal trends.

We are also committed to ever perfecting our processes for a responsible and sustainable production. This applies to a variety of small but important measures, many of which are not necessarily visible, such as:

• working with local suppliers who practise environmentally responsible manufacturing, while reducing transport mileage and emissions
• as we have a personal relationship with our suppliers, we could introduce reusable paper packaging for all components during the making process
• mirror-polishing all our stainless steel items with a barrel finishing process, instead of the more common method of electroplating, which uses harmful chemicals

These are but three examples to illustrate what we mean by sustainability: a practice of considered and meaningful steps that add up to a responsible and circular process.
